The HR Director at Hill Country Bible Church is a strategic leader who shapes a Christ-centered workplace where ministry thrives. This role drives the full employee life cycle—from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, compliance, and professional development—while aligning every policy and practice with biblical principles and the church’s mission, vision, and values. Acting as a coach and culture champion, the HR Director equips staff and leaders, fosters organizational health, and ensures HR systems and programs advance long-term ministry impact.
The GO Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Global Outreach Team by efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This temporary position (January – Summer 2026) will focus on organizational, logistical, and communication needs, alleviating administrative burdens so the team can focus on strategic objectives.

The Community Impact Summer Internship is designed to provide training and maximum opportunity for experience in urban ministry through Mission: Possible! Austin http://www.mpaustin.org/ and participate and learn about non-profits working together at the Christian Resource Center (CRC) http://crctwinlakes.org/ to meet spiritual and physical needs of our neighbors.
