Learn About Staci
Hi! I’m Staci Reichmanis. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience and have the privilege of being the Director of Counseling at the Hill Country Bible Church Counseling Center. I am grateful to have been a part of this team for the past eight years.
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from LeTourneau University and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Texas State.
Because of my own challenging life experiences, I followed a calling into counseling to journey with others who are hurting. I value each person and take and take a thoughtfully integrated approach to my counseling. I seek to offer scientifically informed, theologically rooted care to my clients.
I work from a person-centered, trauma-informed lens with specialized training in Polyvagal theory, Family Systems, IPNB, Brainspotting, and EMDR. In addition, I have a unique specialization for working with Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors. I work with adult individuals and couples dealing with issues that hinder them from living in the fullness of life.
Personally, I have been married to my husband, Scott, for 34 years. Before being a counselor, I worked for the TX Attorney General's office and focused on being a wife and mother to my two kids. When not working, I love being outdoors, spending time with family who loves all things sports, spending time with my friends, and geeking on Neuroscience.
I would consider it an honor to come alongside you as a safe, supportive resource as you work toward your therapeutic goals.

If that sounds like something you or your family could benefit from, I’d love to see if I could be a good fit to walk alongside you through those developmental year.

I received my Master's degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas State University. I have spent many years training in Bowen Family Systems and am trained in both EMDR and Brainspotting for the treatment of trauma.
I specialize in working with adult individuals and couples that are struggling with or interested in exploring relationship dynamics and/or trauma. My approach begins believing that everyone needs a safe place to explore themselves and their patterns. My goal is to work together with my clients to create an environment where it is safe to be curious and to learn while also gaining helpful practical tools to implement outside of the office.
In addition to being a counselor, I am a wife, mom, and ministry leader. I enjoy learning, writing, relationships, sports (especially softball), and spending quality time with those that I love.
If you believe you are ready to start doing things differently in your relationships with others or your relationship with yourself, if you’re tired of your experiences from the past significantly impacting how you feel today, or if you have any questions about counseling or how I work, I’d love to hear from you. Learn About Jayme
Hi, my name is Jayme Nichols and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Before becoming a counselor I was a Youth Minister for about 20 years. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University in Irvine, CA. I have experience and passion for working with children, teens, young adults, and women.
One of my favorite parts of the counseling process is providing a safe space for you to just be. From there, we can look more closely at feelings and patterns that keep you stuck, confused, frustrated, and disconnected. At a safe pace we will work together to achieve greater understanding and insight that can help develop new skills and ways of thinking that will enhance your relationship with yourself and others as you create new healthy patterns of being. I am client-centered and trauma informed with a focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship with you to provide a safe space to share honestly, discover patterns that are roadblocks, and build new skills for growth.
I value a strong relationship as a foundation for our work and use a collaborative approach. I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, trauma, identity struggles, self-esteem issues, spiritual abuse, and social anxiety. There are a variety of research- based strategies that assist with emotional healing and I incorporate those based on the unique needs and background of each client.
Through a trauma informed lens that is supportive of all cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds, I partner with you to develop an individualized plan specific to the goals and healing you want to achieve.
I know that is a lot and I would love to chat more as you continue to discover who the right fit is for you to continue your journey of healing and growth. I invite you to reach out for a free text/call or send me an email to get to know me a bit more. And whether you reach out or not, please know that I am rooting for you and your healing!

Learn About Nikki
A Native Austinite, I always had a desire to encourage and help others. Then, in high school I was inspired by my psychology teacher to match my gifts to a counseling career. After receiving my psychology undergraduate degree, life took many twists and turns. Recently, I continued pursuing my dream to become a counselor. Currently in practicum for my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, I now realize that my twists and turns provided a long history of experience and wisdom that improves my counseling.
Using a client-centered approach, I like to empower clients to utilize their strengths to overcome their struggles. It is important to work collaboratively with clients to determine clear and measurable goals. I include Evidence Based Practice, ensuring research behind my techniques and practices.
It is important not to make assumptions about clients but view them holistically. Examining all aspects of a client’s life allows for better results including their physical health, thought cycles, social support, and potentially spiritual aspects influencing a client. Incorporating a CBT approach, I like to examine how our thoughts impact our emotions and behaviors. I also like to view relationships using a Family Systems approach, examining how these relationships foster multilayered interactions.
Most importantly, it is vital that clients have hope for their future. During our struggles, things can seem all encompassing. Walking through those struggles together, clients can learn not only how to be resilient but even find joy through our tough places.
