Hill Country Bible Church Austin is a great place to work, grow and serve as part of a vibrant staff team dedicated to reaching people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. In carrying out our vision, we have planted 23 churches since 1996 and launched our first multisite campus in 2009 in the Steiner Ranch community of Austin; we are one church in two locations. We plan to establish a third campus in 2013-14.  We place a high value on small groups,  developing the next generation of Christ followers, and personal evangelism. Our staff core values include passion, integrity and incarnational living. All staff are engaged in vocational ministry and are seen as a representative of Hill Country Bible Church and Jesus Christ.
